Horizon Europe / COST
The next closing date will be in October 2026. 
Participants planning to submit a proposal for a COST Action will need to refer to the COST Open Call proposers guidelines and to the Open Call Announcement that will be available in Spring 2026.
COST is a scientific cooperation structure whose activities take the form of Actions. A COST Action is a network of researchers based on a memorandum of understanding.
Success rate: +/- 40%.
Eligible expenses are related to research coordination and networking activities (travel, accommodation, conferences, outreach activities, etc.). COST does not directly fund research.
