I consider myself well-versed and up-to-date on most things Microsoft but one thing caught me by surprise -- the retirement of Live Chat and how fast it's going away. This was a fantastic benefit only for Business Standard, Basic and Premium users that let you put a widget on your website and chat with customers directly in a dedicated Teams channel. How convenient it was. Now you have only until October to make a switch to something less convenient.
