If your organization uses policies to configure classic Outlook, you might want to implement comparable policies for new Outlook. All ADMX policies and most policies from Cloud Policy service for Microsoft 365 (Cloud policies) apply only to classic Outlook.

OneDrive location is not automatically created (provisioned) after your assign a license to a user in Microsoft 365. The user must sign in to Microsoft OneDrive to create the OneDrive location. Another way to speed this up as an admin is using PowerShell.

We are introducing tool tips and guidance in-product to help enlighten admins about the Quarantine feature and to further eliminate the need to raise support requests for such guidance.

The OneDrive URL is the web address of a cloud-based file storage for each user in Microsoft 365. Sometimes, you need to get a list of these OneDrive URLs for all users and export them to a CSV file.
