Trouble with Blackboard? Try Clearing Your Cache!
Learning Technologies has gotten a number of Blackboard tickets in recent weeks related to caching issues with the Blackboard site. If you are running into problems with elements disappearing, items not displaying properly, or just general weirdness, you may just need to clear your cache. Here's how you do that:

Those using integrations in Blackboard may also want to ensure that third-party cookies are set to "allowed" in the browser settings, as this can also cause issues. You can find additional browser support as well as instructions for enabling third-party cookies on the Blackboard Browser Support page.

If issues persist after clearing your browser cache, enabling cookies, and ensuring that your browser is up-to-date, please contact us for further assistance.

Blackboard Ultra: Learn the Lingo - Learning Modules
One of the things that you’ll notice as you transition to Ultra is that some of the features of Original have different names in Ultra.

To reduce confusion over this new terminology, we have a summer series to help you learn the new lingo that comes along with the switch to Ultra. You may also find that some things function a bit differently or have some additional enhancements so we'll touch on that as well.

This week we’ll be talking about one of the most noticeable changes: Content Areas are now called Learning Modules. Head to the LT blog to learn more about this change and how the Learning Modules tool works in Ultra.
