SCHOOL POST OF THE WEEK: Hominy Valley Elementary School

HVE 3rd graders turned math into something SWEET this week!
To learn about fractions, students used brownies to explore halves, thirds, fourths, and even eighths. By cutting real brownies into equal parts, they could see and taste how fractions work.
There’s nothing like hands-on learning to make math stick —especially when it comes with a delicious reward at the end!
