Cindy EIRA NUNES is a Professor in Couple Psychology. She focused her research on couple relationships from multiple perspectives, ranging from couples in distress seeking therapy to the ways broader societal and cultural factors shape contemporary couple relationships. She obtained a PhD in psychology at Université de Lausanne (Switzerland), where she studied change processes unfolding in couple therapy for parents. More recently, at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), her work explored how macro-contextual factors influence mother–father dynamics and family relationships.

Marie-France STORDEUR obtained a master's degree in education sciences from UCLouvain in 2018. She completed a doctoral thesis entitled: “Oral presentations in primary school. Students' emotions and teachers' practices.” Her current research focuses on the integrated teaching/learning of French, combining oral, reading, and writing skills for students aged 5 to 8, with a focus on the cognitive, emotional, motivational, and didactic aspects of this teaching/learning approach.
Isabelle Demonty
Isabelle DEMONTY conducts research in mathematics education at the primary level, focusing on the development of early algebraic thinking. Her work investigates how cognitive, affective, and motivational factors interact in pupils’ learning of arithmetic. Her previous research has focused on supporting pedagogical innovations, particularly in mathematics education. Additionally, her work includes the design and analysis of assessments in mathematics education, at both national and international levels (TIMSS, PISA, PIAAC).

Congratulations to Matéo Leganes Fonteneau

His project :
Alcohol and tobacco addiction
Alcohol and tobacco addictions are chronic disorders that affect a large part of the population, and relapses remain common. The project aims to understand how the body's internal signals shape the desire to consume. It aims to reduce relapses and open new ways of treatment.
