You can talk tech, provide something useful and build a security culture all at the same time.
The second series is about rebuilding an MSP to position it for the next 10 years. AI is disruptive to our industry and showing our value to clients is getting harder and harder, until you make these changes. Then you'll be set for a decade.

Learn to use Researcher, Pages and Notebooks and tell your clients about them too. Non-human admins are a thing. Get them under your control; Make a real plan for rolling out Purview; Claud AI has found its way in the networks you manage. Secure it.
