Supporting IT Professionals is all we do
Great reads: There's a lot going on in Microsoft land this week. Big picture stuff about security, how AI is trashing your existing security protocols and more. Take the time for reading.
The Truth: Welcome to newsletter sponsor FING. I have used FING for many years. I encourage you to take a look at their new networking professional product.
Tech to do's: Since exempting an IP from conditional access is a no-no, many need to learn to use GEO blocking instead. And since most AI rollouts are failing, we need to continually teach users. Suggest a few of this holiday specific prompts.
Reminder: I believe so strongly that certifications matter and in continuing education that I put my money behind it ever year. Get a scholarship for your Microsoft Certification Exam for Tech or Management!
I hope that you enjoy this week's newsletter and tell everyone to subscribe.
thanks, Amy

“geo blocks“. It’s not because geo blocks are the best type of defense on it’s own (it’s really not), but it is for many a low-hanging fruit. It usually takes a very low effort to implement, and the result can be quite dramatic in some cases.
