July is the slowest month for new features in Microsoft 365. But it's not the slowest month IT. It just means that this is your time to develop new solutions, set your goals for the rest of the year and go deep on learning new skills. There a lot of work ahead of you to retool for managing data, AI and Identity as the primary management and security concerns of this next phase of IT support. The next slow month opportunity is December and by then, the year is gone.
If you're in the northeast or great lakes region, as I am, I hope that you stayed indoors, dug out those masks for when you had to go out and stayed safe. This air was no joke.
